Cheesy Garlic Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

  • 300g of pasta
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 150g of Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 200g of Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 100g of olives, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Oven
  • Microvawe Oven
  • Stove Top

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a skillet on the stove top, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until the onions are translucent.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, sautéed garlic and onion, sliced olives, half of the Parmesan cheese, and half of the Mozzarella cheese. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the pasta mixture into a baking dish. Top with the remaining Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
