
Chicken-Bacon Tofu Egg Toast
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices of bread
- 100g of chicken-bacon
- 150g of tofu
Kitchen Tools Needed:
- Microwave Oven
- Air Fryer
- Stove Top
Instructions:
- Start by cooking the chicken-bacon in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes until crispy. Set aside when done.
- Meanwhile, drain and cube the tofu. Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the tofu cubes. Fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, pour in the eggs and scramble them until just cooked but still soft.
- Toast the slices of bread in the microwave or toaster until golden brown.
- Assemble the dish by placing a slice of toasted bread on a plate. Layer it with a portion of scrambled eggs, followed by a few pieces of crispy chicken-bacon, then top with fried tofu cubes. Repeat for the second slice of bread.
