Ingredients:

  • 200g of firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh cilantro for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:

  • Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  • Thread the marinated tofu, bell pepper, and red onion onto skewers in an alternating pattern.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill grates.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the tofu is golden and slightly charred.
  • Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
