
Spicy Grilled Tofu Skewers
Ingredients:
- 200g of firm tofu
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh cilantro for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- mixing bowl
- marinade brush
Instructions:
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into cubes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sriracha, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Add the tofu cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Thread the marinated tofu, bell pepper, and red onion onto skewers in an alternating pattern.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill grates.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the tofu is golden and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
