
Creamy Garlic Onion Bake
Ingredients:
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 200g of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Kitchen Tools Needed:

- Microwave Oven
- Blender
- Air Fryer
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and continue to sauté for another couple of minutes until fragrant.
- In a blender, combine cream cheese, sautéed onion and garlic mixture, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasoning as necessary.
- Transfer the creamy mixture into an oven-safe dish.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes until heated through and slightly golden on top.
- Meanwhile, using the air fryer, cook any additional vegetables (like bell peppers or zucchini) on 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes until they are tender and slightly crispy.
- Serve the creamy garlic onion bake hot, optionally topped with the air-fried vegetables.
